Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Free - We offer free shipping in the United States. If you pick that often your products will get to the destination from 8 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the processing time.  

Standard - If you need your products sooner, you can get them from 4 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the processing time  for a flat rate of $5.00.

Priority - If you are in an emergency you have the option of a Priority Mail Express delivery provided by the carrier USPS with discounted rates. You can get your package from 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after processing time. 

International Shipping

We offer also shipping to Canada, please check our different shipping services with DHL, UPS and USPS. Fees my vary depending on the plan you select.

Note:  Any item shipped internationally is potentially subject to duty and taxes, with few exceptions. The client might expect an invoice from the carrier related to the customs fees.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@fariabeautysupply.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@fariabeautysupply.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that open products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
